Planning our Client's Signature Event

Whether our team at Signature 365 is planning for a wedding, corporate event, or social event, the process and end goal remain the same: to provide signature events that will leave a lasting memory for our clients. In order to do that, we make sure to actively include our clients throughout the entire event planning process.


When we first meet with the clients, the first question that we ask them is "what is your vision & purpose and what do you wish to accomplish through your event?" This is vital because we need to know their purpose and vision for this event so that we are able to produce that for them.


Once we know what their vision or goal for their event is, we then walk them through the stages of planning their event. We walk them through the decisions that bring their vision to fruition including venue searches, florists, catering, entertainment, photographers, and videographers as well as how to work within their budget.


As the event planning process for our client's event is underway, we make it a priority to include them in every step. We value our client's input and encourage them to be a part of the magic-making process of creating their event. After all, what we are doing is for them and what we do should reflect not only our creative vision but our client's creative vision as well.


Oftentimes, event planners pass the responsibilities of the event to someone else and do not take the time to watch over the event. Here at Signature 365, we ensure that we are watching over the event from the moment we meet our clients to after the event is over. We take pride in what we do and we show that through our constant involvement throughout the entirety of the event planning process. Since our main goal with any event that we produce is to provide our clients with a signature event that leaves them with a lasting memory, we execute that by guiding our clients through the entire event planning process.
